Individual Leadership Coaching
​Looking to make a significant career change? Recently promoted into a new role with greater responsibility? Facing challenge and change? Leadership coaching can help.

OCEAN members will receive four, one-hour coaching sessions. In the first session, a Kintla coach will work with you to identify the business results and personal goals that you would like to focus on. You will also learn Kintla’s core concepts and a few tools that you can immediately apply. The remaining sessions will help you work toward your goals and give you a forum to discuss any challenges you are facing. The experience will be unique to you, and sessions will be scheduled to meet your needs.

​Offered at $2,000 a 20% discount. Up to 8 additional coaching sessions are available at the special OCEAN member rate (4 sessions @ $2,000).

Group Learning and Coaching
​Are you interested in bringing a coaching mindset to your organization? Kintla combines learning experiences and cohort coaching to help you develop a leader-as-coach mindset and infuse that thinking into your organization. Leaders learn to shape behavior and motivate people with Kintla's simple toolkit.

Kintla offers a variety of programs to help leaders bring out the best in people, but in this special offer for OCEAN members, you will receive 3 learning workshops alternating with 3 group coaching sessions, 1-hour each. The workshops include practical tools participants practice after each workshop.

Then, during the group coaching session, participants share their experiences, learn from each other, and identify opportunities to use the tools to tackle professional and personal challenges. This is a unique opportunity to learn and grow with your fellow OCEAN members.

​ Group learning and coaching is offered at $3,000 per person, a 20% discount. Group learning participants can also add individual coaching sessions following the group learning and coaching series at the special OCEAN member rate (see Individual Leadership Coaching above).

Regulation techniques to control our zones - the third part of our learning program focuses on methods for regulating emotions and managing movement through the zones.
