A strong elevator pitch can make all the difference the next time you’re introducing yourself at a networking event. This elevator pitch generator asks you a few quick questions about what you do and who you help, then puts together a short, clear pitch you can use right away. Your Elevator Pitch:

Tips for a Great Pitch

Once you have a draft, read it out loud a few times. If it feels clunky or takes longer than 30 seconds to say, trim it down. The goal isn’t to cram in every detail about your business, it’s to give the other person just enough to be curious and ask a follow-up question.

Keep your language conversational rather than formal, and focus on the problem you solve rather than a long list of features or services. A good pitch should sound natural coming out of your mouth, not like something you memorized word for word. Practice it a few times with a friend or colleague so it starts to feel like second nature before your next event.

Keep in mind that the output is a starting point – you may want to correct the grammar a bit or tweak the wording.

Happy networking!
